What is wellness?

Wellness is a systematic approach to healthy lifestyle and full of the living life

it does not just make you free from illnesses but it is a dynamic process of change and growth.

in many studies, I have seen that if we do certain things daily at a peculiar time then it will become our habits.

And healthy lifestyle will make you healthier for longer periods of time.

The WHO created a definition for wellness by combining optimal wellness with all wellness aspects. It has been widely accepted that wellness also encompasses healthy lifestyle choices to ensure good health.

In order to achieve wellness, you should eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep, get daily exercise and participate in activities that provide an outlet for stress management. In addition, get medical checkups regularly to prevent diseases from forming inside your body.

Other than preventive care practices including medical checkups and leading a healthy lifestyle, wellness can be promoted by a wellness program implemented by a company. Companies can implement wellness programs to enhance wellness among their employees and reduce healthcare costs at the same time.
